Carlisle E. Small

Carlisle E. Small was the eldest child of Alice and Theodore Small,born on November 17, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York. After a brief illness, he gained his heavenly wings on Sunday, December 2, 2018. Carlisle had many hobbies including making mosaic tiles, stained glass and photography. His main focus in photography was nature and flowers.

Carlisle Small is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Lorraine, his first wife Dorothea, and his second wife Dolores. He leaves to cherish his memory: his son Arthur Small (Donna); his niece Donise Walcott; his great niece Silver Vann (Chris); nephew Lamar Walcott (Ursula) and three great nieces, Elisa,Eliana and Emily Walcott. The services will be held on Saturday,December 15, 2018. Viewing 10am, Service 11am. Mt. Zion United Methodist Church 12 North St, NE Leesburg, VA 20176.
