Edna M. Bliss

On December 7, 2010 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA. She was a life long resident of Franconia, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles A. Bliss. She is survived by her daughter, Constance J. Lowman; two grandchildren, Todd C. Lowman and his wife Cindy K. Lowman and Tara S. Stanford; and three great grandchildren, Duke L. Stanford, Natalie G. Lowman, and Ryan C. Lowman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Cunningham Funeral Home, 811 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Virginia Hills Baptist Church, 6507 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA. Interment to follow at Mount Comfort Cemetery. If desired, in lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Virginia Hills Baptist Church.
