His family will receive friends at the Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 12 noon until the time of his Life Celebration at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.
