Helen Philburn-Irwin

Helen Philburn-Irwin 58, passed away peacefully in her home on December 12, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents Bill and Marion Philburn. Helen is survived by her loving husband Richard Irwin; her beloved black labs Rolling and Thunder; sister Laura her husband Tony Krug; brother Tom and his wife Patti Philburn; Nieces Allison, Jessica(Lauren), and Lauren Amanda (Bill) Walsh, great/newphew Owen Christina (Layne); as well as numerous other friends and extended family. Helen was a floral designer who brought so much beauty and joy to this world and touched many lives; she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Helen’s life will be celebrated at a memorial service on December 17, 2017 at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, Alexandria, Virginia from 11 am to 2pm, informal no viewing.
