James French Jones

James F. Jones, age 76, husband of the late Vivian L. Jones, died Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Kingston Nursing Center. Loving father of two daughters, Deborah Lee Jones of Conway and Kelly Marie Shelton and husband Steven of Myrtle Beach; loving grandfather to six grandchildren, Amanda Marie Clodfelter and husband Christopher, James Anderson Buchanan VI, CPL Travis MacEachern Buchanan and wife Kaitlin, Casey Lee Shelton, Lindsay Carole Shelton and Michael Lee Buchanan; two brothers, Bernard Jones of Alexandria, VA and Luther Jones of Fredericksburg, VA; and one sister, Bernice Hilburn of Mobile, AL. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm Saturday July 30, 2011 at Cunningham Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St. Alexandria, VA. Funeral services will be 12:30 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mount Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, VA at 2 pm Saturday.
