James Martin Hendrickson

James Martin Hendrickson, 77 of Alexandria, VA, passed away on January 3, 2022. He was the son of Oliver & Edith Hendrickson, born in Panama City, Republic of Panama. His wife, Patricia Hendrickson, and daughter, Lynn Feild, recount the remarkable qualities of this good hearted, strong man. An Electronics Technician in the U.S.A.F. for fighter planes, also his skills as a SCUBA diver were utilized in Air/Sea Rescue operations. His calm and knowledgeable approach to dangerous situations saved many lives. In everyday living, he would assist anyone in need, having the ability to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems, relying on his practical experience to create a solution. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Hendrickson; daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Joe Feild; and grandsons, Nate & Chris Feild. James was laid to rest in Quantico National Cemetery on January 13, 2022.
