John Donald Pierpoint

John Donald Pierpoint, 83, of Alexandria, VA died on June 6, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents John A. and Lucy Pierpoint, brother Edward S. Pierpoint and loving wife of 51 years, Pauline J. Pierpoint. He is survived by his current wife, Lenir Richardson; daughters, Catherine Stelting Marc and Rebecca Sager James; sons, John T. Pierpoint Susan and Patrick J. Pierpoint; sisters, Ellen Coleman and Mary Davis; and brothers, Thomas, Paul, Michael, and Robert Pierpoint. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A viewing and remembrance of John?s life will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2012, from 4-7 p.m. at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron Street, Alexandria, Virginia. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 11, 2012, at 2 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 310 South Royal Street, Alexandria, VA. Interment to follow at St. Mary?s Cemetery.
