Leopoldo Joaquin Alvarez Espinal, 51, died on December 28, 2015. He is survived by his parents, Amelia Espinal and Celso Alvarez; children Gloria and Tammy Alvarez; grandson, Lucas; sister, Josette R. Espinal; and brothers, Celso Alvarez, Kenneth Rosenzweig Espinal, Pablo Garcia Espinal, and Gracian Rosenzweig Espinal.He was employed at the Pan American Health Organization. His family will receive friends from 11am-9pm, Thursday, January 7, 2016 and Friday, January 8, 2016 from 9am-10am at Cunningham Turch Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St. Alexandria, VA 22314. Interment will be Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11am at Pleasant Valley Cemtery, Annandale, VA.
