William T. Bowers

Age 86, of Hyattsville, MD and Port Royal, VA, passed away in his home January 2, 2010. William is preceded in death by his wife, Annie Mae Gorham Bowers and his sister, Mary Atwood. William is survived by his daughter, Patricia Ann Rodriguez and son-in-law, Rudy J. Rodiguez of Port Royal, VA, granddaughter, Wendi Torkelson Ken of Round Lake, IL, sister, Martha Riggles of FL and numerous nieces and nephews. William was a life long member of Hyattsville Maryland Ager Road United Methodist Church. He also took great pride and was recognized for his accomplishments in manufacturing precision assemblies for the aerospace industries. There will be a visitation and celebration of William?s life on Thursday, January 6, 2010 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Cunningham Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St. Alexandria, VA where funeral services will be held on Friday, January 7, 2010 at 1 PM. The interment will follow at Beulah Cemetery in Alexandria, VA.
